NewVía ("we", "us") provides booking software for solo wellness practitioners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using NewVía you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, password, profile details, and (for providers) business details such as your public booking slug and services.
- Booking information — appointment times, session types, notes, and client details collected through your booking link.
- Payment metadata — when a deposit is taken we store the transaction reference, amount, and status returned by the payment processor (Billplz, Stripe). Card details are handled directly by the processor and never touch our servers.
- Usage data — basic logs (IP, browser, timestamps) to keep the service running and secure.
2. How we use information
- To operate the booking platform — create accounts, accept bookings, take deposits, and send confirmations and reminders.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates.
- To improve reliability, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers
We share data with a small set of vendors that help us run NewVía:
- Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, hosting)
- Resend (transactional email such as confirmations and reminders)
- Billplz and Stripe (payment processing for deposits)
- Google (when you choose "Sign in with Google")
Each vendor only receives what they need to perform their function.
4. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@newvia.ai. Providers are responsible for handling their own clients' data requests.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
6. Data retention
We keep account and booking data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
