Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of NewVía ("the Service"), a booking platform for solo wellness practitioners. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

NewVía lets providers publish a booking link, accept appointments, take deposits, and manage their schedule. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, harass others, send spam, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

4. Payments and deposits

• Deposits are processed by third-party providers (Billplz, Stripe). Their terms also apply.
• Providers set their own session prices, deposit amounts, and cancellation/refund rules. Clients should review the provider's policy before booking.
• NewVía may charge subscription or transaction fees, disclosed before you incur them.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds for deposits are at the discretion of the provider, per their stated policy. NewVía itself does not adjudicate disputes between providers and clients.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (service descriptions, profile, notes). You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to run the Service.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet every need.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewVía is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia, unless required otherwise by mandatory local law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
